Rizzo has time and money for CPAC

Phil Rizzo's church, unable to pay him, arranged to purchase his house. Phil Rizzo and his church's song director, Seth Essendrop, were the only signatories on the mortgage application. Rizzo apparently doesn't need the money from his church since he's still quite able to pay to attend CPAC.
